*Party hosts are responsible for cleanup.
Prices include the use of the Red Barn and the lawn behind the barn. $250 refundable security deposit for up to 25 guests; $500 refundable security deposit otherwise.
Full Day Pricing
12 hours; 10am-10pm
Includes one night at Victoria Place for two guests.
Up to 25 guests: $1,350 +Tax
26-50 guests: $2,200 +Tax
51-100 guests: $3,500 +Tax
Hosts are responsible for setup and cleanup.
$500 refundable security deposit is required.
Prices include the use of the Red Barn, the lawn behind the barn, and one-night accommodations for the bride and groom.
